Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. Data controller
In line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD, the data controller of this site is CraftingBits (an individual, NIF 77632530D), Plaza Maruja Mallo, Pontevedra, Spain, contactable at contact@craftingbits.com.
2. What we collect
In short: very little. AllMyTools currently collects no personal data from you:
- No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.
- No forms. We have no contact forms or data entry forms.
- No analytics. We do not run analytics or tracking scripts.
The only things we store are kept in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to us:
allmytools-theme— your light or dark theme preference;allmytools-best-wpm— your best typing speed on the typing test, so we can tell you when you beat it.
Both stay on your device until you clear them.
Our hosting provider processes technical server logs (such as IP addresses and request data) for security and operation purposes. We do not use these logs to identify you.
3. Why we process data
The legal basis for the limited technical processing above is:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in operating and securing the site;
- Necessity for the service to function in your browser.
4. Retention
Your theme preference and typing best stay in your browser until you clear them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period — typically 30–90 days — for security and operational purposes.
5. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. The only party involved is:
- Our hosting provider (hosting the site, acting as a processor).
6. International transfers
The site is served entirely from our own hosting, located within the European Union, and all fonts, scripts and images are self-hosted — the site makes no requests to third-party servers. No personal data is transferred to third parties or outside the EU.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access, rectify or erase your personal data;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@craftingbits.com with the subject"Data protection". You also have the right to lodge a complaint with theAgencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — www.aepd.es.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the site. Because we store almost nothing about you, there is very little to protect — and we like it that way.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, if we ever add ads). Changes are announced in the changelog; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
Questions? Write to contact@craftingbits.com — we reply like humans, eventually.
